Match.com charged me without registration, Bank account transaction

I just received a text message stating that I've been charged for using Match.com Though I never used this website and never seen it before.
I suspect someone is using my bank account.Btw, I was using my bank account to topup Grab credits an hour before recieving this message.
The money is not transferred yet (I suppose it takes 2 days), and I can't see it in transaction history. So, I contacted Bank and asked them for help, they saw the transaction which is in process, and suggested to block my account, but the problem is that the money is alreay in transaction process and Bank couldn't do anything about it.
-Is there anyway to cancel and refund it ( I already sent Support of Match.com an email, haven't received any response yet)?
-When transaction is in process and I block the bank account, does it help to cancel the transaction?
PS: I saw a similar post, but that user was already registered and had issue with renewal. I haven't registered in Match.com, so I was wondering if there's any solution for it.
Thank you

You could claim your account has been hijacked but why would anyone use it in this way? Hijackers tend to steal the money or buy goods, stealing an account to go on a dating site is like giving the police their details and where to find them.
Are you sure you didn't sign up for the free trial and forget to cancel?0 -
The critical issue here is that you think you account/cards may have been compromised.
When you contacted the bank they should have initiated the required steps to prevent any further compromise, not simply suggested it.
The first thing you should do, before worrying about the current payment, is making sure that they know you consider the account/cards compromised and make sure they action that they need to.
Once that's done, you can then request that the bank initiate a refund on the basis that the transaction was fraudulent.0 -
What sort of transaction - debit card? You should get a refund from your bank for a fraudulent transaction.0

PS: I registered in Tinder before (I already stopped using it for months and deleted it), maybe somehow these two sites are connected, but never used/added my bank account in Tinder.Streaky_Bacon wrote: »The critical issue here is that you think you account/cards may have been compromised.

There is one more thing that I forgot to mention. The text message that I received regarding to Match.com charges, included a link, I clicked on the link, and there was a notice stating "... if your credit card or bank statement includes charges from …match(dot)com/bill.... you or a member of your family are currently enjoying these services by one of many Match.com international dating sites."
and gave me a link
au(dot)match(dot)c o m / help/ contactus(dot)aspx
AU is for Australlia, but I live in Malaysia, so when I click on contact us, it starts by MY, "h t t p/my . match . c o m ....".
Can I say that someone from Australia is requesting the charges?

So you live in Malaysia and your bank is Malaysian. Is that right? Which bank is it?0

You realise you're posting on a UK forum? I doubt anybody here is an expert in Malaysian consumer law.0

Wasn't sure. Since I saw posts in similar issues regarding to Match.com in this forum, I though maybe I can gather info and get help to solve this issue with website and bank.
You really need to find out the process in Malaysia, could similar as to the UK but you need to confirm it.
Has your card ever left your sight ?0
