  • Morning all, Received this today in an email..... are they just trying to delay??

Should I reply stating again why I will not be paying and that I was parked in my space paid for by a permit or just leave them to it? Thanks in advance

    Good Morning

Thank you for your email, the contents of which have been noted on file.
Please see attached photographic evidence of the contravention, this clearly shows that no permit was on display.
Please also see attached the appeal response Our Client sent to you. This letter outlined reasons for the rejection of your appeal raised and detailed how you should proceed if you wished to appeal this matter further. This must have been done within a set timeframe, specified in the aforementioned letter.
As no further appeal was forthcoming, your recourse for appeal has now expired and the full Balance is due and owing.
Should you wish to discuss this matter further, please contact our office on 0113 487 0432.
    Kind Regards,

Start preparing for defending a claim. At least the scam will end, and most here win!
