Thank you Paul for this post. It’s been an interesting read. I have a personal interest in this case.

I know you say {Edited by Forum Team} is being charged with proceeds of crime but do you have details of what {Edited by Forum Team} and {Edited by Forum Team} and {Edited by Forum Team} have been charged with or any more details?

Are you ringing the court to find out this info or is it available online?

    Many thanks.

Absolutely not true. I’ve been reading for a couple of weeks but created an account today to ask if he had further info.

I know the defendants and just wanted to know the outcome of today.

There are multiple charges under S.993 of the Companies Act 2006 (Fraudulent Trading) in the names of some of the defendants in relation to: White Legal Services Limited, My Will Specialist Ltd and Town & Country Law Ltd. It is known that Laura de Vita faces a charge under the Proceeds of Crime Act.

Full details of the charges are available from York Magistrates Court and local media may well publish them after today's hearing.

Thank you yet again you never fail to deliver. This is excellent news.
  • I too have an interest in this case and thank you for providing updates.

I must say however that i did have a good experience with the support staff whilst purchasing my property.

So what caused you to google.
You've obviously not got a grievance
  • I’m local to the area and it’s of interest, not that it’s any of your business why i choose to google anything.

The support staff were very helpful, does not mean i’m condoning anything.
