    7) is it £60 or £70? Did they definitely call it legal costs, and if so maybe mention when they did so ie in their letter of X date

Well in the county claim form its written as ' legal representstive costs'
    £70. In the costs breakdown.

You say "Don't want to give too much away", then post unique identifying information.

It might be a good idea to blank out your vehicle's registration number from your post.

Send them a copy of your V5C - that's the usually accepted ID for SAR purposes.

  • OR a copy of the claim form, minus the passwords, as theyre convinced enough of who you are to sue you.

azz - is that the section where they can claim for FILING the claim? If so, thats allowed costs. Thought it was a max of £50 however

My point was that in your copy and paste you have listed £60 at the start and £70 in the bullet. They cant both be right.

Court fee of £60 is fine - I believe thats the fee for filing a claim of that amount
Legal rep costs of £70 - does that marry to the amount in the box for filing the claim? Pretty sure thats limited to a max of £50 for FILING A CLAIM. Nothing else.

    Always accompanied by Lord Lucan!

Hardly ever does a PPC risk exposing themselves to a Judge's questioning. If anyone turns up for them it will be an ill-prepared (papers often received just hours before the hearing) gun-for-hire legal rep.
