  • I've yet to see a time where those "all in one" type fans does work effectivly...

I've got one of these in my bathroom and while I do still get light misting during a shower, its clear very quickly afterwards.

For comparison, the one you have move 75m3 air / hr, the one ive linked is 245m3 air / hr - more than 3 times the volume.

I don't think I ever been in a bathroom and had a shower in the colder months where the windows/mirrors haven't misted up, even with fans on, windows left ajar. I think the OP is expecting a bit too much tbh, it's basic physics.
  • Brick up the Window? No glass to mist up then! haha

In our last house we had one of the most powerful extractor feeding from the bathroom; the bathroom was heated and the heating was never off.

The windows and mirror still steamed up. Short of a heated mirror or a more sealed shower cubicle with an extractor above it - I can't see it happening.

I squeegy the window in my bathroom after I shower and then leave it open until the room cools down.
