I got the
"Thanks for choosing the Sennheiser Momentum Wireless Over-ear headphones as your 'hello' gift. We'll now arrange its delivery via DPD. Please note, due to high demand, delivery of this item could take up to 60 days."
email on the 30th of December.
So is it a forlorn hope on waiting to get this gift at all now?
I've not received any email about a cash alternative.Retired 1st July 2021.
This is not investment advice.
Your money may go "down and up and down and up and down and up and down ... down and up and down and up and down and up and down ... I got all tricked up and came up to this thing, lookin' so fire hot, a twenty out of ten..."0 -
I've called FD. I was told the department handling the gifts isn't open until tomorrow (Mon-Fri 0800-1730).
They said they will check with them and contact me, so I will wait to see what happens :coffee:Retired 1st July 2021.

My 30 days runs out on the 12th February for my gift.
More than happy for them to convert it to cash, which i'd rather have! Lets see what happens.0 -

Sadly that's also the gift I'd selected which they said they can't honour, replacing with £180. This is a bit off as you can buy them from Sennheiser for £300, so it's not like they've stopped making them!
Be interesting to see if they end up back in stock with TLC and you still end up getting them!0 -
Is the gift offer for
Sennheiser Momentum 2.0 Over-Ear Wireless Headphones - Black

I finally got my gift a week ago!! You would have thought they would make a reasonable guesstimate of the gifts they would need to provide, but hey ho!! Hopefully all of you still waiting will receive your gift/ money soon!0

I just called up to check on the status of mine, as i switched in October 2018.
The lady i spoke to said they were having stock problems, which is why they've gone back to cash instead.
I'd originally ordered the Fitbit, but they said i could have cash instead so they're going to put £180 into my account in the next hour or so.
Got to say, the phone was picked up literally instantly and it was all sorted within 5 minutes of calling. Makes a refreshing change to being on hold for ages with other places!
If anybody hasn't received theirs yet, she said they're going through in batches and contacting people effected and offering a cash alternative.0
