Do iPhones have an IMEI or serial number label on them? (I know some phones do). If yes, is it possible to compare labels from the photos/video?

So your similar evidence is proof but theirs isn't?


I'm just playing devils advocate here, pointing out that a video or photos can be easily manipulated.

My video shows the phone clearly in pristine condition being packaged with the returns letter with the name and order number and sealed with their address on the front. Their photos are taken in an office with no proof that it’s the same phone, nor has it been filmed being unpacked in a warehouse to show there’s been no foul play. There are loads of other people complaining that the same thing has happened to them with mobile phones direct.

Currently awaiting a response still, luckily I get legal help through work so will be getting a call between 1-3pm with advice on consumer law from a legal expert and the best steps to take.

Did you get anywhere with your issue? I have had the same happen to me. Phone did not work after 12 hours, sent it back they say its scratched. Where did you end up with yours please?

I have photos the photos they have sent are not of my phone?
