Hello,
hope someone can help me. WE are planning to rent another property. When do i have to inform the Landlord about the Newborn? As at the time of signing the contract and moving in - we are two and later in the year we would be with our newborn. Do i have to state this from the beginning or do i have to inform the LL when the baby is born?
THanks in Advance for your help.

None of the landlord's business, you don't have to tell them at all if you don't want to.0

Congratulations on your new baby!
You don't have to ever (depending on terms of any contract you sign..). But informing some (stupid & discriminatory) agents before moving in may result in no properties being offered, notwithstanding discrimination over pregnancy being illegal.
In your shoes I'd say nothing until moved in.
Remember a landlord can evict you, after initial term, for no reason at all.0 -
