Told no appeal letter received

    You write to the BPA to complain about APCOA's refusal to issue you with that POPLA Code, which is the key to opening the POPLA door for you. Copy all the correspondence (both ways) that have been exchanged with APCOA.

    The BPA adopts an interesting position to "missing" post. If your letter to the ppc goes missing then it is your fault for not using signed for delivery.

    If a ppcs post to you goes missing it's your fault as they clearly sent it.

    There is a curious issue with post and parking companies. The amount they have go astray is unbelievable.

    The same thing happens with emails I noticed as well!
