if any of these people harassing you have failed the PaP or any laws etc then tell it to the judge when the time comes, but in the meantime get the SAR and LBC rebuttal done and sent asap
not that this will stop the court claim, that will arrive quite soon anyway, but you need to be seen to be replying, with proof of engaging with them and proof of demanding evidence and proof of you complying even if they dont comply

PaP = Pre-action Protocol.
As mentioned in LETTER1 in your opening post:...the Pre-Action Protocol for Debt Claims under the Civil Procedure Rules 1998 ('the PAP').0 -
OP - what were telling you is theat
THEY CLAIM they sent the original LETTER1 40 or so days ago
You cannot prove they did not send it
You canhowever state it was not RECEIVED.
They have merely included a copy of the letter they supposedly sent all that time ago.0
