Not sure whether to ask for evidence before submitting a claim as I haveno evidence0 -
no, just appeal it as KEEPER using the blue text appeal from the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread
no alterations, no telling anyone who was driving , keep it simple0 -

Rupert Williams of UKPC, must stop his stupid staff making such rubbish statements.
UKPC have to prove this ..... are they photo predators or is the warden a stalker ..... bad news for the retail park if there is a stalker about ?
Who was the retailer ... they can get it cancelled.
UKPC are known scammers and fraudsters. They were banned by the DVLA because they faked pictures.0 -

Do you mean ANPR ?0 -
Sorry- i hate long posts, trying to be succinct.
Yes that is what i meant. Retailers costa, currys, homesense, wren, carpet sjop, outdoors place, bed shop0 -
Its basically a picture of said car from various angles and a picture of their car park sign. Nothing else to substanciate it. I am assuming observed means someone supposidly saw the driver go off site??
I hAve no counter evidence to show the driver stayed on site. It also gives no entry or leave time just the time of the picture0 -
Why not send a SAR and find out what they have?0

For the legal eagles on the forum, as the term to not leave the area would restrict your statutory right of freedom of movement could the OP just outright claim that they considered this a repudiatory breach of contract thus no liability? Or something to that effect at least. Could be an interesting result.Never admit to being the driver, POFA 2012 Schedule 4 is your best friend, always fight as registered keeper. Disprove keeper liability and you may be able to claim/counterclaim for data protection breach(s) and harassment. Don't just fight back, FIGHT BACK.0
