I hAve no counter evidence to show the driver stayed on site. It also gives no entry or leave time just the time of the picture

no defined site boundaries, no way of knowing the drivers identity, no sight of a landowner contract ,these things always fail because the PPC monitor vehicles not people, that operative taking pictures is the equivalent of underhand stalking

in my eyes, its irrelevant , they issued the NTK to the KEEPER so who gives a ffff what the driver did or did not do

as the site is multi retail, complain to the M.A. of the site, or the landowner, or both, especially if you have evidence of proof of patronage by an occupant of the vehicle

I already told you what to do earlier, ignore the "going off site2 for now and use the blue text template, appealing as keeper

edit your post and remove the idea of who is who, that is for them to figure out not for you to blow your own toes off on the net with any admissions (ever heard of a no comment interview)

DRIVER was there

KEEPER received the paperwork because they dont know who was driving

for all intents and purposes , its 2 different persons unless the PPC can PROVE different

so get the WS and pics of said driver in your SAR
