It was a combination of beta blockers and anti-depressants. This just helped me cope whilst I worked with the therapy which was what made the real difference. I used to wash my hands so much the skin would crack and bleed - now I can clean up the fox crap in the garden, wash my hands and forget about it :)

You've written it down here and this thread has had 427 views today alone. How many people do you think will read your doctors notes?
Go to the docs. Tell them you are worried about things being wirtten dow, see if they can arrange something that doesn't involve that.

  • I don't have paranoia but I have OCD when it comes to dust, I have sealed up the areas builder's not working on with triple layer plastic dust sheets to prevent dust contamination. I have also bought a lot of disposable coverall, gloves, P3 dust masks, and a second hand vacuum cleaner for cleaning the site (we rent elsewhere) everyday after builder has left the building. I have then signed up for several course (plumbing, plastering, tiling and carpentry) and decided to do some work myself so I can have more control on the site.
