Buy yourself a dashcam, you only need one of those cheap £10-15 ones, the advantage being the footage will clearly show you never parked and that you were accessing the right of way or whatever and the onther advantage is if you ever get into an accident it'll tell your story for you. Double win.
Additionally, the next NTK you get you can appeal citing that you were accessing a right of passage and not parking and then if they take you to court you can easily have it dismissed as vexatious and even counterclaim harassment.Never admit to being the driver, POFA 2012 Schedule 4 is your best friend, always fight as registered keeper. Disprove keeper liability and you may be able to claim/counterclaim for data protection breach(s) and harassment. Don't just fight back, FIGHT BACK.0 -
