Oh for goodness sake get real. How can it be 'inevitable'. Can't people just do a little bit of logical reasoning for themselves.
If UK leaves in a disorderly way then it's likely that sterling would drop further. This makes UK property comparetively cheaper for foreign buyers (who still love London). Also BoE would likely cut interest rates (stimulating assset prices upwards).
Yes house prices COULD still crash but that is unlikely and nothing is certain.0 -
Whereabouts on the Crossrail line are you thinking of buying?
Have a look at the mainline routes running out of London, 30 minutes on a fast train will get you decent house prices, much closer than a mile to the station and a bit more space for your money.0
