Aww poor Anthea...Lidl use Anthea.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Iv sent my first Appeal in and left driver blank. Also did not fill in reason for my ticket. As I said I did not log the receipt from the shopping into machine in shop.

I also tried sending email to CEO of Lidl, <Ronny.Gottschlich@lidl.co.uk>,
This email is no more. Does anyone have new address for him ?0 -
Ronny's gone. Try a forum search on Christian Haertnagel. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Please , Just had my Appeal refused by Anthea.
This came by letter. They say if I want to carry on I must Appeal to Independent Appeal Service. ??
I have had no POPLA code ? Only this letter telling me to Appeal to IAS.
What do I do now ??0 -
Im really struggling here in finding the Lidl CEO. Im terrible on computers and cannot find the email for the CEO.
Also this answer from Anthea to contact the IAS Appeal system has got me lost. ??0 -
Lidl is: -
customerservices@lidl.co.uk.
CEO is: -
christian.haertnagel@lidl.co.uk0 -
Thank you. I email them now.0

IGNORE the IAS stage, that is futile
you wont get a popla code because ATHENA dont use the POPLA service (they use the IAS)
concentrate on the CEO complaint like we told you in the first place0
