    What action are they going to take if Ryanair doesn’t pay the claims?

  • From the BBC news and other posts it seems the CAA are taking Ryanair to Court rather than using 'enforcement' powers I'm assuming they don't actually have.

    Beggars belief that CAA have taken 6 months to think about doing anything, when Ryanair stated clearly at the outset in JUly that they would be ignoring the law and not be paying out.
