Jack, have you based your forum username on your real name?
Then your really should ask MSE to change your username to something totally anonymous.
To help with that, you might like to read this short extract from The MSE Forum Guide - Frequently Asked Questions & Rules:Q. How can I change my username?
A. In most circumstances, this is not permitted.
The only reason we will change your username is if it puts your privacy at risk. This usually means you've inadvertently registered using your name, email address or something that gives away your identity within your username.
If you fall into this category, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com and request that it is changed, giving three alternative usernames in order of preference.0 -
Before the car parking was handed over to UKPCM was a vote of residents taken and did more than 75% agree and not more than 10% disagree?
If it is a company car, speak/write to the company and make sure they don't pay it on your behalf. Tell them to advise the parking company that you are the day-to-day keeper and you will defend.
And, of course, this is dependent on what the lease/tenancy agreement actually says.
Jack - contact the ManCo and ask them politely, but firmly, to cancel the ticket based on what you have said in the OP. Be worth asking, too, who the contract with the PPC is with and by what authority they were introduced on to the estate.
Are you a tenant or an owner?0 -
Yes. We see wins in 99% of cases and UKCPM are having something of a mare with well defended cases recently.I was wondering weather i have a leg to stand on,
