UKPC POPLA Help!

Ok, I need help on a UKPC POPLA, I followed the Newbie thread and received a NTK and rejection letter with POPLA reference number.
The PCN was a windscreen PCN stating I was incorrectly parked within the bay or space, I have had no photo evidence from them and I have not given driver details, so am not sure which POPLA to use?

Thanks for the info, however it does answer my question regarding the lack of evidence and I also note the point someone else made about the keeper details, it also asked for the driver details.

I have searched the site and cannot find anything that answers my questions

Post #3 in that thread offers lots of guidance on how to compile a winning PoPLA appeal.

Take you time reading that - there's a lot of information there.

Yes, I've done my first appeal etc and now have to do POPLA, reading the POPLA website it asks 3 questions, if you tick the car was not parked incorrectly surely you are acknowledging you are the driver and if you tick you were not the driver you are being dishonest?

yes oops just seen that and now have #2 regarding driver

At the time there was no signage and as I did not know about how to appeal did not take photos, I have been back since and they have all new signs, so do i use the inadequate signage or just the point about the driver?

You use all the points that you can muster

Inadequate signage
Lack of Landowner Authority
No Keeper Liability
etc, etc.

I urge to to read and study that NEWBIES post fully - look at the linked sample appeals too.
