OP, in all seriousness, when you ever make a claim for damages you can't just come up with a figure out of thin air such as your £15. Yo either have to have a contractual agreement for such a fee, or be able to show losses of that amount.

If you were to let the bus company know in advance that you will claim £15 for having an argument with one of their staff in an attempt to make such a contract, the most likely response would be for them to ban you from their vehicles.

    comprende - I think.

I doubt the OP actually knows the word, or what it means.

If you are thinking of contacting the bus company to claim your £15, be prepared to be banned from all First Buses for your abuse of one of their drivers. An investigation into what happened and maybe even the contents of your post here referring to somebody as a thief, easily identified from the information you have provided, could well result in an outcome you are not expecting.
  • It is the predictive thing on my phone. I am emailing MSE Forums as I want this locked. Never again will I ask a question here. I can count on one finger the members who actually gave me advice. NEVER AGAIN.
  • First bus can ban me no problem. Okay thanks.

£15 for not having the balls to say 'You forgot my change'

    Brilliant.
  • I will say this one more time. We don't get change from first glasgow. This was not first glasgow.
