Ok I have realized my mistake in the reading of the document. I do not agree with the wording of the original claims form but I think am in the wrong, to the CCBC i have not replied to the claim so i will have to admit my liability on this one. thank you to everyone who has read this and helped. I cannot believe I have been so stupid. The problem i have is that it states "address for sending documents and payments (if different)" which then has the parking eye address0
