Paid for chairs, now "the range" is saying we have to pay extra

What does your receipt say other than the SKU?0

Yes the sales assistant charged the wrong price it seems.0

The price on their website for oak (not beech as I mistakenly put) is £9.99 for the pair. The receipt says the sku code for the oak dining chairs pair with a quantity of 2 under the title description it states dune button chairs. Under price it states £69.99 then the total 139.98 with P.I.F underneath.0

The mention of SKU codes suggests the assistant sold you the wrong chairs, not charged you the wrong price.Yes the sales assistant charged the wrong price it seems.
It's a mistake, but not one they are legally bound to honour.
Adjust your attitude accordingly and they may offer goodwill..0 -
I wonder whether they could cancel your order if they haven't actually taken the payment? Is it "pending" against your card on your online statement?0

The sku code does relate to the chairs I wanted. On the range's site they're up at £99.99 per pair.0

Apologies, I'm on my phone but are you saying.....
You paid ins-tore for beech chairs.
The receipt shows the SKU for beech chairs.
The receipt describes the chairs as beech.
If this is the case you have formed a contract for the beech chairs at the price you paid.0 -

That is not how I understand it.
They offered the Op the chairs they asked for at a price that they are now saying is wrong.
IMO they should honour it.0
