Paid for chairs, now "the range" is saying we have to pay extra

We bought 4 dining chairs from the range. Paid on a credit card. Today they contacted me to say that the colour (beech) legs we had chosen are actually £30 extra per pair and did we want to pay the extra or have the black colour for the price we paid. I informed them that we had entered in to a contract as I have paid and have a receipt. Apparently its the wrong "sku" code on my reciept. Are they trying it on? What are my rights here?

Ah should have mentioned that fact. They're awaiting delivery to store.

An important question ... companies will often use Internet orders as an excuse to allow them to change what's offered, because at the time of order no human had validated the order. If the order was in-store then they can't use that excuse.

Supplementary question ... how much were the chairs? (i.e. £30 per pair is £15 per chair - what percentage extra is this?)

Given that it’s the range, probably about 3000% extra :D

We paid in store. The price was £69.99 for the pair, now they're asking for £99.99. I've checked the sku code against their website and on my receipt it is the code for the wooden legs and not the black legs - which they're trying to say what I've paid for and if I want the wooden ones extra money is required.

Are they breaking a law if they don't order the chairs after I've paid for them?

Not if it was a mistake.
    If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.
