yes, incorrect signage and poor bay markings are 2 appeal points and could win in court, as could other "technicalities"
most of these invoices are cancelled or thrown out due to technicalities0 -
Well this land has no markings whatsoever, not a single one. It’s just mud and gravel.0

Hi guys,
I have now received a follow up email from the DPO at Armtrac:
“Dear Sir,
This is the subject access request pertaining to the PCN number supplied by yourself
Please note we do have further PCN’s outstanding for this vehicle and if you can supply me with the PCN numbers I will be more than happy to send the SAR for these too.”
However, there is no other information, attachments or anything in the email so I don’t know where this SAR is...
As for other PCNs I don’t have any. Must be from previous owner.0 -
Respond back, stating that there are no documents attached, and you require these wtihin the original 30 days deadline wchihch expires on...0

They just replied and now I’ve got a PDF with the information in.
I’m not sure what to do with it can anybody help?
The only information in it is the photos of the vehicle park on the muddy wasteland with no bays, a copy of the notice to keeper letter and a copy of the letter that says “final letter before debt recovery or court action”0 -
So there are no signs, no bays, just a section of wasteland which is not obviously a car aprk?
Given we dont know what they are alleging the driver did wrong, Im not sure what you think we can help with...0 -
Sorry I should have been more clear.
There are some signs up which says about having a permit displayed and also says to park in the marked bays. It isn’t a car park it’s just a big muddy wasteland with no bays, which has bits of old boats, wood and other junk piled up in it.0 -
OK
Again
what do they claim the driver on the day did wrong
Tell us0 -
Sorry I thought I typed it.
Issue reason for the PCN was No Permit.0 -
OK, so the lack of bays doesnt really matter
How many signs are there? Are they in any way shape or form legible from where the driver supposedly parked? Did their NtK Comply with POFA to hold the keeper liable?0
