NO ..... they have said .... "being served with a letter of claim pursuant to the Pre-action Protocol for Debt Claims as contained within the Civil Procedure Rules"

They will send you a LBC which must prove their debt, photos etc and total charges plus giving you 30 days to rebut/respond

Be aware that BWLegal add a fake amount to their claim
