Carphone Warehouse Black Friday deal cancelled

Carphone Warehouse are awful and i've been disappointed by them and let down for a Christmas present.
On Cyber Monday I bought two phones. First an Iphone X through Quidco and then a Note 9 through Topcashback. Both deals were £36.99 a month, 100gb data, Unimited mins and text and both £100 upfront. I was also due to receive £100 cashback from the cashback sites.
However 2 days after my order Carphone Warehouse decided I failed an identity check on my first order of the Iphone yet accepted the exact same details on the Note 9.
After finding this out I called about my order and the member of staff wasn't bothered about investigating the issue with my cancelled order he instead tried to sell my accessories for my second order. After I refused he then tried to sell me the iphone x without the cashback. After saying I wanted to speak to a manager he put me through to "Customer Service".
After a lot of problems that she couldn't find the order then suddenly did when I asked to speak to her manager she said I should take ID into a store and they would be able to reactivate the order.
Last Friday I went in to the store and the Asst Manager said he couldn't do anything as he couldn't access the order and could only deal with orders made instore. So this seems as if the customer service adviser just wanted me off the phone by giving me false hope. It is a joke as I have now missed out on a similar deal from else where as a result. If their head office was closer I would be visiting them.
