would the LBC rebuttal be directed to PArking enforcement or GS?
in either case, I have appealed to both and they have rejected the defense0 -
SAR to ES to their DPO as they issued the PCN
rebuttal to the LBC goes to the people who issued it (Gladrags)
its simple common sense at this stage, and at this stage there is no defence, just the rejected appeals (DEFENCE comes at court stage one)0 -

and in regards to this PAP email that Gladstone Solicitors are demanding I complete by 23DEC. What should I do in this case? is this classed as a 'LBC (or LBA) rebuttal'? I don't want to ignore this email as it may delay proceedings0
