Hi Redx, the company website lists them as so "ES Parking Enforcement ltd".

I have appealed through IAS for certain.

Completely different firm then, an IPC AOS member:

they're registered by the BPA so what does it matter?
Details matter a LOT in a defence.

And this lot are NOT in the BPA AOS - you can tell because on their signs/letters, no BPA 'AOS' roundel is displayed (never mind a rectangle logo as ordinary 'members' means nowt).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

then the BPA you alluded to is irrelevant, hence why I asked who the parking company was, it turns out it was who I thought it was, listed under E

you need to do an LBC rebuttal now, no filling in forms

please get with the program, this is serious

Well spotted with this one, Redx. An eye for detail is vital to what we all do here!

would the LBC rebuttal be directed to PArking enforcement or GS?

in either case, I have appealed to both and they have rejected the defense

SAR to ES to their DPO as they issued the PCN

rebuttal to the LBC goes to the people who issued it (Gladrags)

its simple common sense at this stage, and at this stage there is no defence, just the rejected appeals (DEFENCE comes at court stage one)

This can be such an uphill struggle.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

There is no 'LBC (or LBA) rebuttal' recommended in the NEWBIES thread, not as such.

and in regards to this PAP email that Gladstone Solicitors are demanding I complete by 23DEC. What should I do in this case? is this classed as a 'LBC (or LBA) rebuttal'? I don't want to ignore this email as it may delay proceedings
