OE-quality parts, sure. But why pay the undoubtedly substantial premium for the same parts to come in a VAG box?0

Ill tell you why we recently put a clutch in a Peugeot 207 transpired the centre plate was about 3 mm wider than the old one. The flywheel has a recess cut into it foe the centre plate to bite etc. Because the new centre plate was 3 mm bigger the clutch only bit on that 3 mm so it obviously slipped like mad. So out it all came again etc and a genuine one put in with no issues.0
