well I am plodding on with the money making, trying to upload receipts when I can and do the odd survey etc.

struggling a bit with real life

last night went out with scouts and round circle to fundraise. I thought it was a drop and run, and I ended up walking 3 miles for 3 hours!

anyhoooooo, 2 xmas pressies sorted due to local comps.

I won a £500 m and s hamper, except it is out of stock, so getting 2 x £250 instead, which suits me fine as I was going to take out bits and put them in another hamper for inlaws and send to them. now we get one each.

and won £50 cash on local comp. this will go towards a new tablet that santa seems to have promised DS ( I swear I didn't know that, otherwise wouldn't have put the words new tablet in to the form), a santa letter from a competition win last month.

so December is looking pretty good £550 and £50 earnt today doing some admin work.

now to get the £100 virgin experience voucher I won so I can give that to hubby for xmas.

waiting on a swagbucks pay out of paypal for £5. had videos running on instagc today until internet kept disconnecting on pc.

cashed out £5.10 on pollpass the other day, waiting for that to hit my account.

keep checking if lucky leftovers has gone payable yet and £4 from shopmium, snapmyeats never sent a voucher so need to check in with them.

waiting on greenjinn to verify and payme out too.

We're both still up late tonight, Aesop:eek:

Well done on those wins:beer:. Some lovely prizes there:j. Entering more comps is my aim for next year. I've let things slide this year and have won hardly anything. Still, if I don't enter I won't do will I?:rotfl:. I did win a jar of home-made chutney on a local charity stall in the market yesterday though:rotfl:

I hope you were wearing comfortable shoes for your unexpectedly long walk:eek:

you were a bit of a comping queen weren't you? you did the a to z challenge once didn't you? might give that a go next year.

nope. my shoes are completely knackered now. due to health problems my feet are swollen a lot and it takes ages to get trainers on so I tend to just wear shoes. getting colder now though so need to try and find some easy to wear boots.

well done - a win is a win, and home made chutney . yummm

yes I was helping some people out, and having a "discussion" with one who thinks bailiffs are nothing but then asking for help on what to do... some people. more complicated than that but they took up a lot of time being obtuse.

now I need to go to sleep.

I don't think I could ever be called a comping queen, even in my best winning years:eek:. I won my best prizes in the old days when we had to seek out application forms in stores, usually buy a qualifying purchase and then write a tie-breaker. I loved those comps. Nowadays it's often just entering your details into an online form, clicking on a multiple choice answer or merely 'liking' something. There are millions more comps about now but so many more people entering them:(. I've tended to lose interest in entering them:o. Must try harder in 2019.

I did start the A-Z challenge once but didn't do very well at it and gave up soon after I started:o. Some posters on that challenge were winning several prizes every single week some several in a day:eek:
