My daughter is currently in her second year at 6th form college studying for her A Levels. I have continued to receive both CHB and CTC.
After her A Levels she has applied to stay at 6th form for another year doing the Art and Design Foundation Diploma.
Does anyone know if this will still qualify for both CHB and CTC to continue for a further year? I have searched around for information but cant seem to get anything definitive.
Thanks in advance

the Art and Design Foundation Diploma.

Advanced education means full time education for the purposes of a course in preparation for a degree, a diploma of higher education, a higher national diploma, a higher national diploma or higher national certificate or Edexcel or the Scottish Qualifications Authority, or a teaching qualification. Alternatively it means any other course which is of a standard above ordinary national diploma, a national diploma or national certificate of Edexcel, a general certificate of education (advanced level) or a Scottish national qualifications at higher or advanced higher level.
Non-advanced education includes qualifications such as A-levels (As and A2 levels), Scottish Highers, NVQ at level 3; ordinary national diploma; a national diploma or national certificate of Edexcel; GCSEs; International Baccalaureate; Study Programme (England only); Scottish national qualifications at advanced or higher level. It does not include university courses.
Is the course level 3 or level 4?

The above says post level 3

Above indicates 3/4.0 -
My daughter stayed at college for a further year, to do another A-level and a couple of other courses. I just rang the Child Benefit team and told them that she was staying on, they were fine about it and carried on making payments. They also told the Tax Credits people for me (although past experience had taught me that this doesn't always work as it should - I also rang the TC people but they told me that they already knew).

Thanks for the replies guys, I am still unclear what level this actually is. According to the 6th form college website it is listed as;
Art and Media Foundation Diploma
It tells you all about the course but not what level it is, so I am still unsure about that. It is free for students under 19 or there is a fee if over 19.
I am going to contact the college and try and get a definitive answer as some sites say it is level 3 and others level 4. I have looked at gov.uk but that doesn't have foundation diploma listed, only national diploma as level 3.0
