Hi everyone,
I have an ongoing complaint with BT and the broadband speed they are giving my business. I asked for a copy of all the notes and data they held so I could check what they had wrote as they are now denying certain conversations ever took place.
It’s just short of 30 days since I made the request and they have told me I can’t have the information as I trade as a LTD.
Does anyone know if this is correct and if there is another way to get this info?
