Comments

VALM - I actually used 18 makeup products in 2018, I couldn't actually believe it was so many, will have to try for 19 for next year now.
Well done.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

I've been working a lot this month, so not updated in a while. December UUs are:
- Nivea soft (tube). WBA - very good in winter, and cheap. I've a lot of other creams to get through first though
- REN evercalm day cream (15ml). WNB - it's fine, and I'm always happy to use it, but I wouldn't buy it.
- Colour Wow dream coat (50ml mini). WDBA - I'll keep an eye out for offers. I wouldn't pay full price, as I have a lot of hair, and you have to use quite a lot of this for maximum effect. But it really is fantastic at giving silky hair and protecting against rain frizz.
- Garnier summer body lotion. WDBA - gives a natural colour, is great value, and I have no issues with the smell.
- John Frieda Sheer Blonde highlight activating shampoo (large 500ml bottle). WDBA - HG. It just seems to suit my hair - leaves it shiny and clean, and in better condition than other shampoos have.
- Clinique Smart custom repair serum (10ml) mini. WDBA - i'm getting through these minis at pace, but I do love them. I'll keep an eye out for more offers.
- trilogy rosehip oil (5ml). WNB - I've tried this before and hated the scent. It was better this time, but I'm still not a fan. Sinks in ok though.
- M&S formula absolute ultimate sleep cream (15ml). WDBA - I've another this size, plus some other night creams to get through, but this is my favourite, and really good value.
- Thalgo collagen concentrate mini. WNB - ok, nothing special.
- Prai ageless throat and decolletage cream (15ml). WPB - really nice and sinks in beautifully. I'll have a think about it once I've reduced my stock of creams.
- Yes To Detoxifying Charcoal Mud Mask (single use). WMB - one of the nicer mud masks I've used, though I'm not sure it's done much.0 -
And the final tally on my 7 by xmas!:
7 by xmas:
- [STRIKE]Large bottle of John Frieda Sheer Blonde shampoo[/STRIKE]
- [STRIKE]Garnier summer body lotion[/STRIKE]
- [STRIKE]Clinique foaming face wash[/STRIKE]
- Clinique Beyond Perfecting foundation
- Origins eye cream
- Elemis cleansing cream
- [STRIKE]Any 2 face masks [/STRIKE](got through 4 in the end)
I've made huge dents in the other 3, and I'm ok with them still going, as I really like themI can't use them any quicker - they are all being used on a daily basis, they just last longer than I thought!
I'll have a think about 7 for spring...
I hope everyone has had a lovely christmas, and is enjoying the weekend too!0 -
One UU this afternoon:
Klairs Midnight Blue Calming Cream 3ml sample WPNB as a full size. I have no need for this sort of product. I imagine it would probably be great for sunburns and skin that is quite reactive and needs calming down, but I don't need that sort of product at the minute.
I may treat myself to a nice bath later on today, so I might have some more UUs from that.0 -
I have TA/UU Superdrug Vitamin-E Eye Make up remover. I wear extensions now so use something without alcohol if I ever wear eye make-up. This is a brilliant product though.ally.0

A few UUs tonight:
The Body Shop Coconut Bath Bubble WPNB but I would use it if someone bought me one. This was nice but I much prefer Lush bubble bars.
The Body Shop Green Tea Bath Bomb WPNB but I would use it if it was in a gift set or something. Nice, fast fizzer and a nice scent but nothing overly exciting.
Lush You've Been Mangoed Bath Oil WDBA and will do in the future. This is nice and nourishing for my skin when I'm in the bath. Gorgeous scent as well.0 -

Revolution Foundation Stick - HG for weekends. Amazing product for £5, even better on 3 for 2.Debt Free and now a saver, conscious consumer, low waste lifestyler

Two UUs this morning:
The Body Shop Mango Shower Gel 60ml WDB as a full size. This was such a nice fresh scent. Very nice.
I’m From Mugwort Mask 30g sample WNB as a full size. This mask didn't do much, and the smell is horrible. Would not recommend at all. Since it's very bitty, I used it up as a body scrub.
It's very nice seeing my stash go down in size. I'm trying to use up all the products I don't like or my skin doesn't get along with.0 -
3 TA as I have only used them once:
Charles Worthington 3D Boosting Creme
Bleach London Swamp Spritz Texturing Spray
L’oreal Paris Heat It Spray
4 INS (Christmas presents)
Academy of Colour Lip Gloss x4
Stash total is 120Less is the new more0
