The agency that sought the CRA needs to ask the court to remove it.0

Both above responses are wrong. If it's been set aside then within a few weeks registry trust will remove it from their lost and update the CRA's accordingly.
It can take 6-8 weeks though0 -
welly is right, no point contacting the company to remove the CCJ. If you have/had a default associated with this then the company would need to mark that as settled. The court update to the Trust Register which is a public record that the CRA take info from. It can take a couple of months to no longer show, if it affecting you in the meantime you have the court papers.0

This advice still holds true:Experian_company_representative wrote: »Hi Man_CC,
It does normally take a few weeks for the courts to notify Registry Trust who then pass this information on to the credit reference agencies.
If you contact the credit reference agencies directly to let them know the judgment has been Set Aside, (if you have the certificate cofirming this, send a copy of this to them) then they will be able to check there records have been updated for you.
Kind Regards

Hi all
Brilliant. And yes, read up after your comments and the court notify the Trust Register. This can be as quick as a day or as slow as a month so just a waiting game I guess
Thank you all
Kind regards
