    In our favour though. :D

Don't think DD3 could have got round to doing the offer. We might have got 2 more packs. :rotfl:

Wonder if DD1 or DD2 did it. I'll have to ask them.

I might have a working door bell over xmas it eats batteries and rechargeable batteries drain even quicker.

We have an ancient door bell. Put it in when we moved in so 33 years old, probably changed the batteries a couple of times in that time. Would love a wireless one but if it aint broke don't fix it (unless it's for free of course :D)

While we have a shiny new thread can I pick some brains regarding difficult things on my gift list

Apparently there are cocktail sticks with a pineapple on the top - reusable ones - possibly metal. Has anyone seen or heard of such things?
Also gold cutlery sets - apparently you can get them anywhere eg Wilkos, Clas Olsen ... again I've never heard of or seen suchlike.
And she needs 2 sets as they are still using the in-laws first cutlery set dated sometime in the 1960s

I've also got to get Nigella at my table and Nadia family favourites but I am hoping that these will appear on a daily deal sometime in the next 3 weeks ...

Yes these are extracts from Eldest childs wish list and she always gives me the most peculiar stuff to find ... worst still the more I get her I also have to get the same number of things for her OH, Eldest son and his GF so they all have the same number of parcels to open...

I knew I had seen the cocktail sticks somewhere. As for the price :eek:

They also have them on Ebay https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Set-of-Pineapple-Cocktail-Drink-Stirrers-Party-Swizzlers-Tropical-Summer-Fun/332345145917?hash=item4d61507a3d:g:UgwAAOSwPfVZjYXF&redirect=mobileoes

Just thinking out loud, but does the receiving person have to be overseas? I was looking on their website at where you can send money and the UK is listed ... zero fees on the first transfer ... £55 TCB on transfers over £500 :D. Probably covered somewhere in the tandcs.

Had a look when I did the offer but sending to the uk didn't seem to be an option once you had selected sending from the UK.

I seem to have upset Shopmium who think DW and I are the same person because we claim the same offers purchased at the same time.
    I think....

Well, I popped out to Nottingham today....Had a great day........Only to come home to find you all missing....

MSE .....Please make it clear what you are on about if possible...We do NOT want to get things wrong and for you to close us down....I doubt anyone will deliberately attempt to commit fraud and perhaps you could explain in more detail what line we are crossing....

The Fraud Act is quite long winded....A little pointer to which section/subsection would help..:D

    Thank you

But did you have a good time last night? :D

It was good but not as good as I expected. I think I would need to toss a coin between the Vamps show as I enjoyed them both.

It would have been better if they played the whole of their songs. But to be honest the age of them give them their due. The oldest original temptation is 77 and the four top is 82.

I thought Tavares that were the support act on first were the best their energy. :T

Oh dear me - I thought that wasn't too bad, the least worst option and I've got Amazon credit I can use.
But then I saw that you could get 100 with little gold balls on them for £5.99 - ie you could give everyone 25 and have enough stirring sticks to last forever ....

Too much to hope that a normal shop sells them and I could get pineapple stirring sticks when there is a TCB/Q spend £6 or £12 and get £2.50/£5 bonus sometime eventually.

No, my gang do not do normal wish lists and they always give me the stuff at the bottom of the list, the stuff none of their friends or in-laws would dream of buying them :)

And on top of the other considerations eg making sure everyone has the same number of things to unwrap and trying not to spend silly money, the other consideration is that they have 2 kittens now, very naughty kittens worse than any toddlers so I have to think of things that cant be eaten by kittens :)

Thank you, that is worth knowing before signing up.

ShopM - whatever gave them that impression ... people do go shopping together :D. Mrs Anon and I have our own accounts on our own phones - I noticed a while ago that I cannot logout and let Mrs Anon login as the offer is recorded by device (so disappears once claimed).

I have a wireless door bell which works really well. I got the sort with the plug in, as opposed to battery, bells. I've one upstairs and one downstairs. They are great as you don't have to worry about wiring.

We have one of these but it's very temperamental, lately it seems to forget its frequency u less it's been switched of at the receiver and back on will then work once and we discovered that it also works when my sil uses his car remote😂😂
