Based on my purchases, if you make a purchase before 7pm on a weekday, then the points are added the next evening around 10.30pm. I haven't made a purchase after 7pm so can't comment on whether that would arrive the following evening.

As long as your Nectarine card number is entered correctly on the Guinness World Record website and the email confirmation shows the extra 1k points then you should receive them with no problems.
