The NEWBIES thread has a Q&A about these 'myparkingcharge' PCNs already, telling you to search to read threads about this (to save our typing fingers).
And post #2 of the sticky thread has a VCS 'not a PCN' defence already written to adapt when it comes to the time when you defend a claim about this, and win, in 2019. Takes you to a thread ahead of yours in the scam and shows you defence arguments.
Not sure what else you are looking for and nothing affects your credit rating and long as you update any parking scammer with your new address if you move within 6 years. And/or as long as - if you were one of the 1% who lose a defended claim here - you then paid within 30 days. Please don't ask how much that would cost or if you'd need a solicitor. No.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
