Cheapest Broadband & Phone Line for those who never make calls?

My family all have mobile phone contracts which we use to make calls.
Therefore, we only use the home phone line for broadband access & emergency calls.
I have read through many of the "best/cheapest broadband" threads, but most only mention broadband alone, not broadband & phone line rental.
Any suggestions on cheapest overall deal?
