elisamoose have you tried Klean Kanteen apparently the coffee stays really really hot and not like flask coffee, tea questionable though, they are expensive but look worth it, we have the water bottles and they are fab. 
DH has a Thermos king food flask for soup and pasta etc, that stays really hot as well.

Oh good.  About this time yesterday my Lady Wife emerged from the bathroom having done a major reorganisation / stock check of the medicaments, wondering aloud how many other folk there might be whose paracetamol stash is numbered in use-by order.

Just been run over...my fault rushing for bus...walked away   but fell hard on my shoulder ...waiting for doctor call back...but can move arm  hope it's just bruising....dont think il be in work today

Oh daz, you poor chap!  I hope your shoulder is ok. You must be very shaken up  Take things gently for a day or two. Hot sweet tea is a traditional remedy for shock, and it does seem to help. I hope the doc will call very soon.

Thanks no   didn't hit my head    ...phone consultation   doctor said take painkillers and rest for the week....knee was playing up before this...now its worse....but generally ok
