Do you know when the court sent your Defence to the Claimant?
If not, you really have no idea when the deadline for the Claimant's response is.

Do you know whether Claimant has responded to the court yet?
If not, the court will not be sending out your Directions Questionnaire yet.

Do you know what sort of backlog the court has in processing this stuff?
If not then it will be difficult to predict when you might hear from them.

In other words, there is nothing you can do but wait.

I spoke too soon, today I received a copy of their AQ but nothing from the court so I have filled in an AQ as directed by this site and sent to the court and PE.

    Interestingly they asked for mediation.

I guess its witness statements now?

    DQ, presumably, not "AQ"?
Noting interesting there at all. Mediation is cheap for them and more prifitable by far than actually attending a hearing

No need to guess, post 2 f the newbies thread tells you EXACTLY what you need to know.
