You do need to go through it and make it make sense and be suitable and true, for your mother to sign & date (then scan the signed version and SHE - NOT YOU - must email it to the CCBC AQ email address like everyone does on every defence thread).PRIVATE 'PCN'? Brilliant thanks for the help, I will keep you updated on how it goes0

Yes we hope so, because we need to see you back here in good time for WS and evidence stage (...and no posts about the DQ N180 and ''shall I tick this box'' pretty please!).
As long as you have read bargepole's post about WHAT HAPPENS WHEN you will be fully ready for each stage. But WS and evidence stage is worth discussion to nail it as best we can, before the hearing at your local court, in the Spring.

Hi Coupon-mad,
I received a letter from the court a while ago dated 03/12/18 saying the defence had been received and would be served. I have not heard anything since, it says they have 28 days but I am assuming this is +5 and also +3 to take in to account Christmas etc which gives me tomorrows date as a deadline, is that correct?0 -

Only the court is likely to give you a definitive answer. Call them.
Coupon-mad hasn't been around the forum for quite some time now. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Ok thanks so in theory this should be stayed?
I have been in this position before with a CC claim many years ago and its hard to get any information and it feels like you are in limbo. Guess I will give it another week or two.0
