Bank Park Management/ IAS

Hi,
We've had a PCN through from Bank Park Management after using one of their car parks at a shopping centre. The correct fee was paid and displayed, but they are alleging that details were not entered correctly - eg wrong reg number put into the machine.
Unfortunately we no longer have the parking ticket to prove this but do have proof of purchases at the shopping centre. This has however not proved sufficient to Bank Park and we now face the option of appealing via IAS.
We are pushing the shopping centre owner to help but wondered if we should go through IAS process?
Thanks

Don't bother with IAS - heavily biassed against the motorist and even strong appeals will be rejected.
Absolutely try to see if the landowner or retail stores can get the charge cancelled.
Was this an ANPR ticket - if so when did the alleged parking contravention occur and when was the first letter in the post (Notice to Keeper) arrive?
In your first appeal to the parking company did you identify the driver?0 -

No. As explained in the NEWBIES thread post #3. It tells you NO, and why not.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
