I thought if not it goes all the way to court cases and things which I know can be beaten but I don’t need that

Unfortunately, your 'needs' are directly opposed to those of F1rst Parking.

    As advised, ignore them.

F1rst Parking hardly ever appear on any threads about small claims.

I can recall just two from F1rst, last year, and I think they were multiple PCN cases.

Lay low and ignore them. Keep every letter together in a file, no throwing them away next year, wrongly assuming it's bound to be all over, as a claim has 6 years to be filed!

Reply ONLY if you move house and that's purely to tell them your new address.

Come back if a small claim happens and we will assist; it's not a big deal.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The one immediately below the words I have typed here.

    IGNORE DEBT COLLECTORS

    IGNORE DEBT COLLECTORS

    IGNORE DEBT COLLECTORS

    IGNORE DEBT COLLECTORS

    IGNORE DEBT COLLECTORS

    IGNORE DEBT COLLECTORS

    IGNORE DEBT COLLECTORS

The above is explained in post 4 of the NEWBIES.

I did say ignore them and keep every letter in a file. Please no posts about them.]

What's unclear about the 4th post of the NEWBIES thread about 'ignore the debt collectors' stage? No need to answer that, please just read it and settle down.
