Right okay, what exactly do i need photos of and what do they need to show ?
How about photos showing "lots of areas are unmarked"?

How about 'some damning photos' of 'unclear/small font on sparsely placed signs'?

This is the reply I have received

    " Good Afternoon,

Thank you for your appeal against the above PCN number. In this appeal you have not stated the driver at the time of contravention, therefore please provide us with a full name and serviceable address to enable us to pursue the driver.

If you fail to provide this information within the required timeframe (29 days after notification = 7th December 2018) as stated on your Notice to Keeper dated 6th November 2018, the registered keeper will be liable for this PCN under Paragraph 9(2)(f) of Schedule 4 of the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012

    Kind Regards

    First Parking

    Administration Team"

They have not provided a popla code in this email so how do i extract this from them ?

they told you when that will happen in their reply above (on or after the 7th december)

if they send an NTK to the keeper after the 7th Dec , appeal again using the blue text template once more, then its groundhog day

And in more explicit language ..... don't pi*s around with First Parking they talk cr*p ..... what do you expect as they are members of the BPA, a pretend organisation who now have scammers crawling out of the woodwork (in the Gobi desert)

Get on the MA's back until they cancel the scam charge

Show the MA these .... I know these are not First but same principal applies

Are the photos uploaded enough to show the unclearly designated bays ?

Long story short, I've had way too much going on and completely forgot about this. Haven't had the time to compose an appeal either and therefore the 28 days have passed. We are now 9 days past the deadline, is there anything that can be done other than pay the full charge?

    Of course. Ignore them.

No-one here would pay, what makes you think you *have * to appeal or pay, because they said so?!
