PPI and financial Ombudsman

I tried to claim for PPI which I had although loan was also secured to my home and I was told that
I had not lost financially I had argued that I did not need PPI as well as the loan tied to my home,.
I appealed to Ombudsman who supported bank. .What now?

Have you appealed to the Ombudsman? (Often the initial complaints tend to be handled by juniors ... only when it is appealed does an actual experienced ombudsman see the complaint. It is not uncommon for failed complaints to be overturned on appeal).

That said ... wrong board - this isn't anything to do with Site Feedback.
