Vodafone Amazon Voucher Mystery

Hoping i am posting this in correct section or if not someone can point me in right direction.

Around first week of August I clicked a link from MSE site to purchase a Vodafone sim offer with an Amazon voucher. The voucher was for £100+ cant remeber exact figure maybe £110 ? for a £20 a month contract with unlimited mins texts And 20gb data making cost after voucher just over £10 a month. As I would spend the Amazon voucher easy it was a good deal for me.

Now here is the Mystery bit I did lose some emails so maybe i have lost some details of offer but I cant find any details anywhere. I have contacted Vodafone they cant help and I contacted MSE through the Voucher help link also. They gave me a Vodafone email to contact but the address was no good I have contacted them again but they havnt replied.

So please can anyone help at all please go easy on me a feel enuff of a wally already.

Many thanks in advance Paul

  • I took up this offer as well - luckily I've found the original email but forum won't let me post text with links).
Not had my voucher yet and 120 days has just passed - about to start chasing...

The email address given for chasing this is "rewards at giftcloud dot com"
  • To help you track down the email, it came saying it was from Vodafone but via the email address "no-reply at giftcloud com"

The subject was "An update on your gift"

Sent to me on 13th August
  • Whoopee.....!
Giftcloud chased Vodafone - using the order number I'd given them. Got the voucher for £110 earlier this evening - safely added to my Amazon account.

Nice Christmas present - I was getting nervous. Well done Giftcloud and Vodafone.

    Hi,

I am having the same issue. Bought the contract in August and have been chasing Giftcloud since early December. Still nothing. I'm really getting frustrated now =(
  • Is this a scam?

I followed the link as posted, but the vodafone website initially refused to place the order, allegedly because we failed a credit check. My bank denied this was failed. Contacting vodafone online did not get anywhere, so I used vodafone telephone support, who informed me that there was a bug on the website, and they were able to get round it and place the order. They assured me that the order would go through, and we would get the vouchers as I had used the link.

As the time passed and we heard nothing I contacted giftcloud who told me to wait, but then still nothing. I contacted giftcloud support again as it was close to the 3 months and was told they would escalate to management, but still nothing. They then closed my case and said it's resolved, but I have no vouchers still. I have contacted them again from a link on their website, but no reply.

I have also used the vodafone email I found in another post, and sent them all the correspondence for placing the order, and then the subsequent contact to giftcloud, but no reply.

    Is this a scam?
  • I signed up to the offer of £100 amazon gift card through We Gift back in June and haven't received anything. Is it a scam?
