Redrow Incentives - Am I being unreasonable?

Hello everyone, I am looking to buy a Redrow soon and have been trying to read into them and the process as much as possible. Im concerned not to get ripped off by them as a lot of the prices are unrealistic for what they will do. Some things we feel are key during the building process and we will have to get done. Do you have to negotiate the incentives before you put the reservation down? Or is this something over the 42 days getting the contract sorted? Can we negotiate these after the contracts, although they have no incentive to throw anything in for us at that point? Its a plot thats only just been released so they dont really have to rush to sell it.
Any advise is appreciated. First time buyers so totally new to all this.0 -
Anything you want (price, incentives etc) has to be negotiated BEFORE the reservation.
