Hermes have stated that they feel that in their opinion the item is missing. They have acknowledged that the item was delivered to the wrong location. This is based primarily on the GPS location of the courier at the point at which it was stated to have been delivered. They've also sent me a customer feedback form. Hehehe.

The seller is raising a claim with Hermes and sending me a replacement. They are going to mark the replacement DELIVER TO XXX CRESCENT. In very LARGE letters.

I still don't understand who took in the original parcel. The house is clearly empty and if it was a neighbour who took it in why wasn't it being kept at their house? Curiouser and curiouser.

In other news, a cheque sent to me first class on Monday still hasn't arrived. Slow Christmas postage times or accidental delivery to the mail black hole which is XXX ROAD?
