Im struggling for comments on the WItness Statement

1. The Witness statement is signed by a Director of a totally different company.
2. The landowner is not identified
3. Reference is made to another agreement dated 13th September 2017 which is not enclosed.
4. Copies of signs are not enclosed so paragraphs 5-8 are meaningless.
5. The court action statement is actually dated 8th September 2017 some 5 days before the agreement was signed!0 -

Dear POPLA Accessor,
1) Signage
The computer image within 'Vehicle Location & Signage Poster' is the clearest image of all the signs, but still the text for parking charges is small and hidden in a long text paragraph. Conditions for Visitor parking which the operator have circled in red uses the smallest text font on it.

I must point out that 'proofs' or stock images are not indicative of how the signs were at the location on that date.
All the other photos that have been uploaded by the operator are upside down they are not prominent, clear or legible, the image with the bicycle under the sign shows the height of the signs to be well above head height.

'Permit Example Poster' has a field "Concierge Issuing" none of the signs mention where you get a visitor permit, assuming it is Concierge where is Concierge.

2) Landowner Authority/Contract with Landowner

•The contract provided has not been signed by the landowner, but rather a managing agent of the site. No further evidence has been submitted to confirm that this managing agent have the authority to act on the behalf of the landowner, especially with regards to entering into long-term contracts with 3rd party companies.0
