Ebay pending help

I've just double checked and I have emails on the sales record in eBay and on the email from Paypal. Naturally this seller won't have the Paypal email as it's gone to the invalid account, but they should be able to see the email on the eBay sales record.

My caveat to this statement is I am still on the oldest most classic view on a desktop (mac) and not an app, new view or any other fangled device.

Strangely I have the email addresses on my business account which is on the new 'seller hub' version. I do not get any emails at all on either of my private accounts, both on older versions but not the same version as my business. It really does seem that eBay are using a lot of different variations of accounts now.
