Hi guys!
Planning to by an HMO in East London, looking for some good consultants or somebody who can help me to find a good one with the best price.
Maybe some of you have an experience buying HMO or have some recommendations for me?
Will appreciate any help.
Thanks

Get yourself an accountant who knows about BTL and HMO.
Read the local council website about HMO rules and regs.
You need very very deep pockets.
